Mega Antiques Agreement

MegaMall Antiques

I, agree with Megamall Antiques and Mega Co. Inc. (known hereafter collectively as Mega) to list my Antiques and Collectibles on MegaAntiques

I agree to list my antiques and collectibles for a period of one year at the rate of $35. or to link my personal web site selling Antiques & Collectibles to MegaAntiques with a return link for $35.

Mega will provide me with space and a standard set up, and I will maintain it

I agree that that this agreement with Mega is without warranty, guarantee or liability of any kind, expressed or implied, respecting all aspects of Mega. Neither Mega it's owners employees, agents or assigns nor their internet provider will be liable to me or any other person or entity with respect to any loss, liability or damage caused or alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly by Mega, it's owners employees, agents or assigns nor their internet provider. I will both indemnify against loss or cost and defend the Mega, it's owners employees, agents or assigns and their internet provider against any proceedings arising out of my use of MegaAntiques including any product liability.

I agree to comply with all requirements made by Mega and all rules, regulations, ordinances and statutes as may apply. Mega will make the sole decision on any dispute, and reserves the right to make individual decisions, involving any MegaAntique dealer, merchandise, listings or anything else involving MegaAntiques, and this decision shall be final and binding on all MegaAntique dealers.

I agree to the these terms of sale “Merchandise is in mint condition unless otherwise noted. Priced each unless noted. Postage and Insurance extra. Satisfaction guaranteed.” I agree that no sale or discount signs or announcements will be permitted whether Mega maintains my inventory, or whether I link my personal web site to MegaAntiques

Mega reserves the right to accept or decline 12 month renewal agreement at its sole discretion, or terminate existing agreement upon e-mail notice and refund of the unused months remaining on the current 12 month agreement.
